Mr. NDUWAMUNGU Vincent is a legal researcher/officer at LOYAL ATTORNEYS. He is a young lawyer who holds the Degree of Bachelor in Law with Honors (LL. B) from School of Law/University of Rwanda. He is pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Business Law at University of Rwanda. He is a candidate of Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice issued by the Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD). He is a graduate of Riviera High School
He is interested in the intersection of law and modern technology. He is proficient in the use of the Integrated Electronic Case Management System (IECMS), domestic and foreign online legal research platforms, and other ICT tools.
Mr. NDUWAMUNGU Vincent has extensive experience in Insurance, Land, and Sale Transactions, as well as Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets, and Money Trades.
Mr. NDUWAMUNGU Vincent is always interested in producing legal commentaries/critiques that challenge flaws in legislation and judicial judgments.
