Advocate RWAMAKUBA Laurent is a senior attorney in LOYAL ATTORNEYS, and a member of Rwanda Bar Association/East African Law Society. Advocate RWAMAKUBA Laurent is a member of Advocate at Rwanda Bar Association from 2010. He is a highly experienced jurist basing of his long standing in law practice. He was the Vice-President of the Primary Court of Butare from 2004 to 2007. He was the Vice-President of the Primary Court of Byumba from 1994 to 2000. He was the Vice-President of Intermediate Court of Gatsibo from 1979 to 1994.
Advocate RWAMAKUBA Laurent holds Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development, and the Degree of Bachelor in Law with Honors (LL. B) issued by the University of Rwanda.
