Advocate NIYIBIZI Xavion Emmanuel is pursuing Master of Laws (LL.M) in Business Law at University of Rwanda. He holds Post-Graduate Diploma (Upper Class) ILPD, LL.B. (Second Upper Class) School of Law-University of Rwanda, and the A' Level Certificate in Arts (Country Best Performer 2017). He is a graduate of Cornerstone Leadership Academy-Rwanda.
