Advocate NGIRUWONSANGA Donat is a senior attorney in LOYAL ATTORNEYS, and a member of Advocate in Rwanda Bar Association/East African Law Society. Advocate NGIRUWONSANGA Donat has been an advocate at the Rwanda Bar Association since 2019. Me Donat holds Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice issued by the Institute of Legal Practice and Development, the Degree of Bachelor in Law with Honors (LL. B) issued by the University of Rwanda, and Certificate of Languages issued by the University of Rwanda.
Advocate NGIRUWONSANGA Donat was a member of the Corps des Defenseurs Judiciaire au Rwanda. He served as an intern in the National Public Prosecution Authority at Nyarugenge Intermediate Level. He served also as an intern at the Centre of Legal Aid Mediation/School of Law/University of Rwanda.
He has extensive experience in the areas of Criminal and Civil Procedure Law, Real Estate Law, Tax Law, Mining Law, Labor Law, Child Law, Refugee Law, Migration Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Litigation Law, Tort Law, Insurance Law, Procurement Law, and Human Rights Law, among others.
Advocate NGIRUWONSANGA Donat is fluent in French, English, Kiswahili, Ikinyarwanda and Kirundi.
