Advocate FIKIRINI RUBAYIZA Michel is a senior attorney in LOYAL ATTORNEYS, and a member of Advocate in Rwanda Bar Association/East African Law Society. Advocate FIKIRINI RUBAYIZA Michel holds Master of Law (LL.M) International Criminal Law, University of Nantes-France (2004 -2006), Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice issued by the Institute of Legal Practice and Development (2012-2013), the Degree of Bachelor in Law with Honors (LL. B) issued by the School of Law/University of Rwanda (1997-2002).
